Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Field Recruiter to manage high-volume, on-ground recruitment for delivery executives. You will spend time in the field visiting local hubs, transit points, and community areas to source, engage, and onboard riders for our delivery operations. [1]
Key Responsibilities
- Field Sourcing: Travel across assigned local zones to meet potential candidates, conduct walk-in drives, and set up local recruitment camps.
