Job Description
On-Ground Sourcing & Outreach:
- Plan, organize, and execute local recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and job fairs.
- Build partnerships with local communities, vocational institutes, training centers, and educational campuses.
- Conduct direct outreach in target regions to engage both active and passive job seekers.
Screening & Assessment:
- Conduct initial face-to-face screenings and structured interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability.
- Present qualified shortlists to hiring managers in a timely manner.
