Job Title: Field Marketing Executive (Sanitary Ware Showroom)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Marketing Executive to promote our sanitary ware showroom. The ideal candidate will spend three days a week conducting field marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness, and three days managing showroom activities to engage customers and drive sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Marketing Activities (3 days a week):

Visit construction sites, hardware stores, and residential projects to promote our sanitary ware products.

Distribute promotional materials and product samples to potential clients.

Generate leads by engaging with contractors, builders, and interior designers.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain a database of prospects.

Conduct on-ground campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional events.

Gather market feedback and competitor insights to inform marketing strategies.

Showroom Activities (3 days a week):

Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and queries.

Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers.

Upsell and cross-sell sanitary ware and bathroom fittings to maximize sales.

Maintain the cleanliness and arrangement of the showroom displays.

Follow up with customers for feedback and post-sales support.

Assist in organizing promotional events or product launches within the showroom.

Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
