Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities, especially for field and blue-collar positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit candidates for field and blue-collar positions.
• Conduct field visits to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with the concerned departments.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• Use job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns when required.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate records.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timeline.
• Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers for manpower requirements.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in recruitment or field recruitment.
• Experience in blue-collar / field-level hiring will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Chennai for recruitment activities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
• Strong follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month
