Field Executive

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Executive to handle day-to-day field operations, site coordination, material delivery, and communication between construction sites and the office.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Visit construction and project sites regularly to monitor ongoing activities.
2. Coordinate the delivery and collection of construction materials from suppliers and project locations.
3. Monitor labour attendance, work progress, and daily site activities.
4. Collect labour details, material requirements, bills, invoices, and delivery acknowledgements.
5. Coordinate with site supervisors, workers, vendors, and office staff.
6. Ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations on time.
7. Follow up on pending site requirements and report updates to the office.
8. Collect site photographs and submit daily work progress reports.
9. Assist in handling urgent site-related requirements and other field activities.
10. Ensure proper communication and coordination between the office and project sites.

Required Skills

•Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of construction materials and site activities (preferred).
• Ability to travel to different project locations across Chennai.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to manage multiple field activities.
• Basic smartphone usage and WhatsApp communication.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with a practical approach and willingness to work in the field.
• Freshers with good coordination skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in construction or site-related activities will be an advantage.
