Job Description

 Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.  Explain products, services, and offers in the customer's preferred language.  Generate quali ied leads and convert them into sales.  Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.  Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.  Update customer interactions in the CRM/system.  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.  Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.  Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution.  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
