Job Description

Digital Marketer


We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team at Sal healthCare Foundation and Harsha Naturals


Key Responsibilities:


- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other online platforms.

- Manage social media content, brand awareness, and audience engagement.

- Generate qualified leads and support patient acquisition initiatives.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.

- To manage website SEO updates and keywords optimization with competitor analysis


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


- Lead generation and cost per lead (CPL)

- Campaign ROI and conversion rate

- Social media growth and engagement

- Patient inquiries and appointments generated through digital channels


Requirements:


- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.

- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.

- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

- Healthcare marketing experience is an added advantage.
