Key Role and Responsibilities
· Client Assessment: Evaluate clients’ dietary habits, lifestyle, nutritional needs, and fitness goals.
· Personalized Diet Planning: Prepare customized meal plans for weight loss, muscle gain, fat loss, and overall health.
· Nutrition Counselling: Educate clients on balanced diets, portion control, hydration, and healthy eating habits.
· Progress Monitoring: Track body weight, body composition, and dietary adherence, and modify plans as needed.
· Workout Nutrition Guidance: Provide appropriate pre-workout, post-workout, recovery, and sports nutrition advice.
· Client Follow-ups: Conduct regular consultations, maintain nutrition records, and motivate clients to achieve their goals.
· Coordination with Trainers: Work with fitness trainers to align nutrition plans with workout programmes and support safe, sustainable results.
