Job Description

Role Summary

Supports purchase operations by sourcing and collecting materials from local vendors, ensuring timely delivery and documentation of transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with local suppliers for pickups, delivery tracking, and invoicing
  • Ensure quality and quantity checks during material collection
  • Maintain purchase records and update inventory team
  • Assist with urgent field requirements and store coordination
  • Report daily activities to the Purchase Manager

Requirements

  • Knowledge of local markets and good vendor interaction skills
  • Comfortable with travel and on-ground coordination
  • Basic familiarity with purchase documentation
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and phone-based communication
  • A two-wheeler for material pickup is an added advantage
