Job Description

  • Install, configure, deploy, and commission hardware, networking equipment, and technical systems at customer sites.
  • Perform on-site installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of deployed equipment.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment activities.
  • Diagnose technical issues, perform basic repairs, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service activities, equipment status, and site reports.
