Job SummaryFalcon Laboratory & Services is looking for a Report Executive responsible for preparing, compiling, checking, and coordinating laboratory and field testing reports. The role involves working closely with the technical, laboratory, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports to clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare laboratory and field testing reports based on test results and technical data.
• Compile test results, observations, calculations, photographs, and supporting documents.
• Check reports for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and consistency before submission.
• Coordinate with laboratory and field-testing personnel for missing or clarification of test data.
• Prepare reports for soil, concrete, building materials, environmental, industrial hygiene, and other testing services as applicable.
• Maintain proper records of reports, test data, sample details, and client information.
• Track report status and ensure reports are issued within the committed timeline.
• Coordinate with the customer service team for report submission and client requirements.
• Make corrections or revisions to reports based on technical review and client requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of customer and test information.
• Follow laboratory procedures and quality-system requirements while preparing reports.
• Assist in maintaining templates, formats, registers, and digital records.
