Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information regarding products and services.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, databases, digital channels, and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, interest, and eligibility.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM/HRMS systems.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve lead conversion.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Follow company policies, communication standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
