Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesContact customers and remind them about upcoming due dates and payment deadlines.
  • Clearly communicate due-date information and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-ups.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and provide a good customer experience.
  • Requirements Telugu speaking is mandatory/preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications.
  • Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to make regular follow-up calls.
  • Freshers with good Telugu communication skills can also be considered.
