Job SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve order and delivery issues, and provide a positive customer experience across calls, DMs, and social media channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls, DMs, and social media queries.
• Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and products.
• Follow up on customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify sensitive skin-related concerns and escalate them to the appropriate specialists.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
• Coordinate with Medical Queries and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues.
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction and ensure proper case closure.
• Apply training and feedback to improve customer communication and service quality.
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of experience in customer service or client communication.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with messaging tools.
• Warm, professional communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer conversations with care.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
