Customer Service Executive

Shanthi Tailors Pvt Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Executive – WhatsApp & Calls to manage customer enquiries and communication across our business.

The role involves handling customers who contact us through WhatsApp, phone calls and other enquiry channels, understanding their requirements and coordinating internally to provide accurate and timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally

• Respond to WhatsApp enquiries promptly

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

• Share product details, pricing, availability and other information accurately

• Follow up with customers who have made enquiries

• Coordinate with showroom, workshop, accounts and shipping teams when required

• Take and record customer orders accurately

• Maintain proper customer information and enquiry records

• Follow up on pending orders and customer requirements

• Handle customer concerns politely and find appropriate solutions

• Ensure enquiries are not missed or left unanswered

• Support conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders

• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times

We are looking for someone who is:

• Excellent at communicating with customers

• Patient, polite and professional

• Comfortable speaking on the phone

• Comfortable using WhatsApp extensively

• Good at typing and writing messages

• Organised and good at follow-ups

• Quick at understanding customer requirements

• Comfortable using computers and basic office applications

• Responsible and able to take ownership of enquiries

• Able to work in a busy customer-facing environment

Experience

Experience in customer service, telecalling, WhatsApp support, retail, e-commerce or order processing will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on experience and capability.
