Job Description

Hiring: Customer Sales Executive – Outbound Calls

Role: Customer Sales Executive

Work: Outbound Calling | WFH

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Incentive-Based)

Responsibilities:

  • Leads will be provided by the company.
  • Call customers and explain FR8 and its benefits.
  • Onboard customers to the FR8 app.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and increase load connectivity.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team for truck-customer connections.

Requirements:

  • Laptop is mandatory.
  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Hindi + any one South Indian language is mandatory: Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Age: 18–28 years.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.

Incentive: ₹10,000 for the first onboarding + ₹3,000 for every subsequent onboarding.
