Job Description

Position: Customer Care & Store Executive

Department: Sales & Customer Handling

Location: Chrompet

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting customers in the showroom, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


*Greet and assist showroom customers

*Understand customer needs and recommend products

*Demonstrate products and close sales

*Maintain showroom appearance and product displays

*Achieve sales targets and update sales records

*visiting customer place for Demonstrate products if required.


Requirements:
