Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to interact with customers over the phone, explain our Robotic Vacuum Cleaners, understand customer requirements, and schedule product demos with the sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and follow up on leads.
• Explain the features, benefits, and usage of robotic vacuum cleaners in a clear and simple manner.
• Understand customer requirements and answer basic product-related queries.
• Convince interested customers to attend a product demonstration.
• Schedule and coordinate product demos at the customer's preferred time.
• Follow up with customers after the demo and update the status.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead details in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams regarding scheduled demos.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and demo-booking targets.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to explain products confidently over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Tamil and English communication is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or sales will be an advantage.
