Customer Care Executive

Customer Service CoordinatorAqua Pure Plus is looking for a professional, customer-focused and well-organized Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests and coordinate effectively between customers, service engineers and internal departments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer service calls, WhatsApp enquiries and service requests professionally.
• Register and maintain all complaints/service requests in CRM or service management software.
• Schedule and assign service calls to engineers based on location, priority and availability.
• Confirm service appointments and keep customers informed about visit schedules and service status.
• Coordinate installation, warranty, AMC and preventive-maintenance requests.
• Follow up with service engineers until each assigned job is completed.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, installation, warranty and service-history records.
• Coordinate with Stores/Inventory for required spare parts and materials.
• Follow up on pending, rescheduled and unresolved service requests.
• Escalate critical or repeated customer complaints to the Service Manager/Management.
• Collect customer feedback after service completion and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate AMC renewal reminders and service follow-ups.
• Prepare daily service-call status and pending-call reports for management.
• Ensure every service request is properly documented and closed only after completion confirmation.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
• Basic computer knowledge; comfortable using CRM, Excel, WhatsApp and email.
• Ability to handle multiple customer requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Professional, patient and solution-oriented attitude.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Service / Service Coordination / CRM / After-Sales Support is preferred.
• Experience in the Water Treatment, Home Appliances, RO, Water Softener or Service Industry will be an added advantage.
