• Customer Queries: Handle customer questions, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Sales Support: Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Billing and Payments: Assist with billing, payment processing, exchanges, and returns in accordance with store policies.
• Visual Merchandising: Help maintain attractive product displays, organized shelves, and proper product arrangement.
• Inventory Support: Assist with stock checking, replenishment, size availability, and product tagging when required.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, fitting room organization, and a neat shopping environment.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with colleagues and the store manager to ensure smooth daily store operations.
