Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and maintain proper communication records.
- Track site visits, bookings, payments, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Registration teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Monitor pending payments, documents, agreements, and registrations.
- Maintain accurate customer and property records in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and ensure issues are resolved on time.
- Ensure the complete CRM process is updated until final registration and closur
