Job Description

  • Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Manage post-purchase customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and other teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Track returns, replacements, refunds, delivery issues, and other after-sales requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collect customer feedback and identify recurring customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain CRM/customer databases and update records regularly.
  • Prepare reports related to customer queries, complaints, resolutions, and satisfaction.
  • Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
