Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities (Role & Duties):1. B2B & Corporate Sales Management:Identify and pitch company products/services to corporate clients, SMEs, and enterprise companies.
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles: Lead Generation ➔ Cold Calling / Email Pitching ➔ Meetings ➔ Proposal Submission ➔ Negotiation ➔ Deal Closure.
  • Understand corporate client requirements and tailor custom product packages/solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Key Decision Makers (HRs, Procurement Heads, Admin Managers, VPs).
  • 2. B2C & Institutional Sales:Target and tie up with key institutions like Educational Institutions (Schools & Colleges), Hospitals, NGOs, Government Agencies, and Retail Franchises for bulk orders.
  • Handle custom institutional procurement requirements, seasonal orders, event-based packages, and corporate gifting.
  • Pitch tailored solutions for institutional buyers, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery management.
