Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely solutions.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and other teams.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate when required.
Maintain customer records and update CRM.
Collect customer feedback and prepare basic reports.
