Job Description

  • Requirements
  • Candidates with 0–2 years of experience and good practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required; experience with STAAD Pro is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor construction activities on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct site measurements and assist with quantity calculations, material take-offs, and material requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining BOQs, estimates, contractor bills, and material planning.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving site-related technical and execution issues.
