Job Description

We are looking for an alert, responsible and disciplined CCTV Operator to monitor CCTV cameras across our stores, offices, warehouse and other business locations.

The CCTV Operator will be responsible for continuous monitoring of surveillance cameras, identifying unusual activities, reporting incidents, maintaining surveillance records and immediately escalating security or operational concerns to the Security Supervisor, Store Manager or concerned management team.

The role requires a high level of concentration, attention to detail and confidentiality. The CCTV Operator must ensure that surveillance activities are carried out professionally and that any suspicious activity, theft, product movement irregularity, employee misconduct, customer incident or safety concern is promptly reported.
