Location: Chennai Pain Clinic, Nungambakkam, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time (Day Shift)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,500 per month (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
Job Overview
We are seeking a patient-focused, persuasive Patient Relationship Executive / Telecaller for our specialty clinic. In this role, you will be contacting provided, high-intent leads to understand patient health concerns, explain our clinic’s specialized treatment plans, and convert inquiries into booked OPD consultations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Follow-up & Outreach: Promptly contact incoming leads provided by the clinic via phone calls, WhatsApp, or messages.
Patient Education & Counseling: Clearly explain the clinic's treatment offerings, procedures, and holistic care plans to prospective patients and build trust.
OPD Consultation Booking: Persuade and schedule patients to book Outpatient Department (OPD) appointments with our doctors.
Appointment Tracking & Reminders: Maintain follow-up schedules, confirm upcoming appointments, and re-engage patients who missed their visits.
