Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take food & beverage orders.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers professionally.
  • Assist in basic food and beverage preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, tables, and work area.
  • Handle billing and cash/card payments when required.
  • Restock ingredients, beverages, and other supplies.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.
  • Ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience.
  • Follow cafe hygiene, safety, and service standards.
