About Us We are French Cafe by IS, a premium, aesthetic cafe startup in Velachery dedicated to delivering exceptional artisan breads, gourmet bakes, and a warm community vibe. We don't just serve food and coffee—we curate experiences. We are looking for energetic, multi-talented team members who want to grow with us, manage daily operations, and leave their creative mark on our menu.

We are hiring for two levels:

1. Senior Cafe All-Rounder & Menu Innovator (Experienced)

• Salary: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month
• Experience: 1 to 4+ years in a, premium cafe, bakery, or hospitality environment.

Role Overview: You will be the heartbeat of our daily operations and a key contributor to our culinary identity. You will manage the full cafe floor while pitching and creating new, trending dishes for our menu.

• Menu Innovation: Brainstorm, test, and introduce premium twists to existing recipes (sandwiches, beverages, light bites). Infuse current food trends into our everyday offerings.
• Full Operations: Greet patrons warmly, manage the billing POS system seamlessly, and handle Swiggy/Zomato dispatch.
• Beverage & Food Prep: Craft specialty coffees/drinks, Fast foods and prepare high-quality light meals using our premium artisan breads.
• Stock & Cleanliness: Manage inventory, track ingredient costs for new creations, and maintain a pristine, hygienic cafe environment.

2. Cafe Assistant (Freshers / Part-Time)

• Salary: Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month
• Experience: Freshers welcome! (Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn).

Role Overview: Perfect for students or those looking to start their career in premium hospitality. You will support the Senior All-Rounder in running a smooth shift.

• Customer Service: Take accurate orders and serve food/beverages to tables politely.
• Cafe Maintenance: Clear tables, wash dishes, and keep the counters and glass displays sparkling clean.
• Support: Assist in food prep, packing takeaway orders, and restocking the pastry fridge.

What We Are Looking For (Both Roles)
