Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Google Ads (Goldie Process)
About the Process
This is a Google Paid Advertisement Project (Goldie Process). Business Development Managers will visit assigned leads and onboard merchants onto Google Ads.
Each merchant will start with a budget of ₹5,000. The objective is to improve business visibility on Google Maps and generate new prospects and customers through paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned leads (SMEs and merchants) and onboard them onto Google Ads.
- Explain the benefits of Google advertising and digital visibility to clients.
- Handle end-to-end client onboarding, including documentation, account setup, and ad activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup and issue resolution.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in corporate sales or B2B business development.
- Strong background in selling high-value products or services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and the ability to explain advertising concepts clearly.
