Job DescriptionMadras City Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting our property projects, and achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new business opportunities through calls, references, and marketing activities.
- Promote and explain our residential plots, villas, and property projects to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales, marketing, or real estate experience is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a strong interest in achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
