About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive city-level growth, admissions, revenue, partnerships, and operations.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales, admissions & revenue targets.
- Build partnerships with schools, corporates & communities.
- Manage and grow city-level business operations.
- Track leads, conversions, revenue & performance.
- Lead and mentor the coaching team.
- Coordinate events, workshops & outreach programs.
- Work closely with Sales & Operations teams.
- Identify new opportunities for business and city expansion.
- What We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Operations.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented with strong ownership.
- Experience in sports, education, fitness, or service industries is a plus.
