Job Description
We are looking for experienced Field Sales Executives / Business Development Managers with a strong background in paid field sales, merchant acquisition, and B2B sales.
Candidates with experience in fintech companies, payment solutions, POS machine sales, QR code sales, and merchant onboarding are highly preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit shops, retail outlets, SMEs, and business owners to generate new business.
- Identify potential merchants and acquire new customers through field visits.
- Pitch products and business solutions to prospective customers.
- Explain product benefits and convert leads into paying customers.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate, and close sales.
- Complete customer onboarding and maintain follow-ups.
- Achieve daily field visit targets and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
