Job Description
1) Meet clients to understand their requirements and present the company's Roofing and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) solutions.
2) Generate new business opportunities through client visits, networking, references, market research, and cold calling.
3) Follow up on new and old leads and maintain continuous communication with prospects to convert them into customers.
4) Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on client requirements by coordinating with the estimation, design, and procurement teams.
5) Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow up with clients for feedback, negotiations, and order closure.Close sales orders through effective negotiation, proposal discussions, and regular follow-ups.
6) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
7) Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, orders, and customer communications.
8) Submit daily activity reports, lead status updates, and sales progress reports to the Sales Coordinator and Sales Head.
