Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Chennai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing sales. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Generate leads via cold calling, emails, and field visits
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Present and explain company products/services to potential customers
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing is an advantage)
Experience:
- 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel (if field sales)
