Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
  • Assist customers with account opening and KYC documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and bank policies.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Meet monthly sales and business targets.
  • Conduct field visits, corporate visits, and generate leads through references.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers.
  • Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
