Company Overview: Master Mind is a group of SKA and we are into Banking & NBFC support organization providing domestic Call Centre solutions. The company emphasizes customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. Job Role: Customer Support Executive Process / Department: Domestic Voice Process Role & Responsibilities: Eligibility & Qualification: Outbound Calling: Contact customers about overdue accounts, explain payment options, and follow scripts. Negotiation: Arrange payment plans, settlements, and follow up on commitments. Record Keeping: Accurately update customer details, interactions, and payment statuses in CRM systems. Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, objections, and disputes professionally. Compliance: Adhere to legal regulations and company policies. Diploma / Intermediate / Any Degree Freshers are welcome Age limit: 18 to 30 years Languages & Skills Required: Any of the following languages: Telugu Malayalam / Kannada. Basic computer knowledge, Clear communication and listening skills. Salary : 17K + Incentives* Note: Process Training will be given from our side between 3 to 7 days post Joining.
