Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidated fresher to join our team as AR caller trainees.The rele involves handling US healthcare accounts receivable procceses and interactive with insurance companies to resolve billing issue.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to US insurance providers.
Follow up on outstanding claims and payments.
Analyze claim status and resolve denials/rejections.
Maintain accurate documentation of calls and updates.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher candidates only.
Male candidates preferred.
Good communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Employement details :
Permenent role with 2 years employment angreement.
Salary & Benifits:
18,500 Take Home Per month ( First 12 months)
25,500 Take home Per month ( Next 12 month)
Fixed weekend off ( Saturday & Sunday)
