Job Description

Job description:

  1. Prepare and process sales invoices, credit notes, and related billing documents.
  2. Coordinate with clients regarding invoices, payment follow-ups, and billing queries.
  3. Handle purchase and sales accounting entries and maintain accurate records.
  4. Assist in GST compliance, including invoice verification and filing support.
  5. Reconcile customer accounts, outstanding balances, and vendor statements.
  6. Maintain billing records and ensure timely submission of reports.
  7. Liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve discrepancies.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GST provisions, invoice compliance, GST return filing, and reconciliation will be an added advantage.

Timings: Male- 10-8pm, Female- 10-7pm
