Job Description

Billing Executive: Payment executive or collection


Follow up with customers for pending payments via calls, emails, and messages

Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding dues

Coordinate with the accounts team for payment updates and reconciliation

Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports

Ensure timely recovery of dues and meet collection targets

Maintain professional communication with client
