Job Description

A B2C salon manager oversees day-to-day retail and service operations, driving direct consumer sales, managing the staff, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and handling local marketing to meet revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities

  • Consumer Sales & Growth: Drive direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales goals, promote service packages, and increase retail product upsells.
  • Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate stylists, aestheticians, and front-desk personnel.
  • Customer Relations: Handle client feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain high retention rates.
  • Operations & Inventory: Monitor stock levels, order beauty supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Track daily transactions, cash flows, and performance metrics using salon software.
