Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents regarding overseas education and MBBS opportunities.
- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable universities/courses.
- Follow up with hot, warm and pending leads regularly.
- Convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
- Explain fees, admission requirements, documentation and process.
- Coordinate with the admission/processing team.
- Maintain accurate CRM/lead records and daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Participate in seminars, events and promotional activities.
