Job Description
1. Life Insurance – ExecutiveContact potential customers through calls and explain life insurance plans.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
2. Life Insurance – Team LeaderLead, motivate, and manage the Life Insurance sales team.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Guide team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads to improve conversions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training/support.
- Experience in insurance telesales/sales preferred.
3. Personal Loan – ExecutiveContact prospective customers and explain personal loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.
- Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
4. Personal Loan – Team LeaderManage and motivate the Personal Loan sales team.
- Monitor daily calling, lead follow-ups, and conversion performance.
- Guide executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Provide product and sales training to team members.
- Previous experience in loan/tele-sales preferred.
