Job Description
Lead and motivate a team of 10–15 telecallers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct daily pitch training and objection-handling workshops (focusing on local visibility and ROI).
Monitor live calls and provide constructive feedback to improve conversion rates.
Design high-converting call scripts tailored to different merchant segments (e.g., retail, medical, home services).
Oversee data allocation, ensuring clean lead lists are assigned to agents effectively.
Strategize upselling campaigns to transition free or basic listings into premium, verified subscribers.
Experience: 3+ years in B2B tele-sales, with at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial role within directories, classifieds, or local listing platforms.
Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and how online directory citations help small businesses.
Skills: Expert objection handling, strong data management (Excel/CRM), and high emotional intelligence.
Revenue Target: Meeting or exceeding the monthly subscription revenue quota assigned to the team.
Data Utilization: Ensuring at least 95% of allocated leads are contacted and systematically updated in the CRM.
Team Retention & Attendance: Maintaining low agent attrition and ensuring daily seat occupancy goals are met.
