Job Description
Inbound & Outbound Calling
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound: Answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide product support.
- Outbound: Make calls for lead qualification, sales, surveys, and customer follow-ups.
- CRM & Admin: Log call details, update account records, and meet daily activity targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of call center, customer service, or telecalling experience.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and VoIP software.
