Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
  • Explain personal loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
  • Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow up with customers until loan processing and disbursement.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, financial services, or customer service.
  • Experience in personal loan sales will be an added advantage.
