Job Responsibilitiesl:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Explain our car loan, used car loan, commercial vehicle loan, and other financial services to customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan-related information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and document collection.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.
