Technical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION - TECHNICAL ENGINEER - TMT BARS*

Job Role:

1. Promote and sell TMT bars to builders, contractors, dealers, distributors & project sites

2. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers regarding TMT grades, sizes, specifications (Fe 500, Fe 550D etc)

3. Visit construction sites, retail counters, and infrastructure projects regularly

4. Generate new leads and convert into business - achieve monthly sales targets

5. Build and maintain strong relationship with structural engineers, purchase managers, contractors

6. Conduct technical seminars / product demonstrations at sites & dealer points

7. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with technical team

8. Track competitor activities, market trends and pricing

9. Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports

*Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil / Mechanical / Any Degree with technical background

- Experience: 0-5 Years (Fresher with good technical knowledge can also apply)

- Must have two-wheeler & valid license

- Good communication & negotiation skills

- Willing to do extensive field work

*Salary & Benefits:*

- Gross up to Rs. 28,000 PM + Allowance Rs. 6,000 PM

- On-roll job with ESI, PF, Incentives
