📌 Key Responsibilities
Manage dealer/store business & customer relationships
Generate leads and convert sales
Handle customer & painter interactions
Conduct dealer/site visits
Maintain painter network and achieve sales targets
🎓 Eligibility
12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Good communication & sales skills
Paints, Hardware, Building Materials, Retail or FMCG experience preferred
Willingness to travel locally
Two-wheeler & Driving Licence preferred/mandatory as per location
💰 Salary:
Freshers: Up to ₹18,000 + ₹5,000 MWA + Incentives
1–2 Yrs: Up to ₹21,000 + ₹5,000 MWA + Incentives
2+ Yrs: Up to ₹23,000 + ₹5,000 MWA + Incentives
