- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customer leads through calls, referrals and online platforms.
- Contact potential customers and understand their financial protection and planning requirements.
- Explain suitable Life, Health, Motor and other financial protection solutions.
- Schedule and attend customer meetings.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain daily call, lead, meeting and sales records.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and customer support.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
